I hate to showcase sad faces and I try my best to find a humor angle to it!! But I could not find one for her !! I guess we all have such phases in our lives and its best to just let it be...

she looks more indifferent than sad to me....
I dont find this picture sad, infact most old people in India look like this, maybe if you had it in color you may have a different view. She just looks very intent on something. But hey that's my view :) great pic
