Bute monosperma (Palash) - natures Orange color also known to cause 'Forest Fires' in central Indian forests in summer when the entire tree is flowering. A must sight for photographers and tourists.

forgot to mention, as kids in primary we used to collect these on the way back home...there used to be a competition among the kids as to who used to get the biggest petals....the whole route back home was lined with these trees...
